Glens of Antrim Potatoes works closely with the renowned Northern Irish chef, Paul Rankin in the development of a premium quality range containing two unique varieties, Irish Whites and Arran Victory potatoes, which meet his high standards from premium quality local produce.

The unique Fianna variety in these white potatoes is an old traditional variety that I decided to bring back for their extra fluffy/tasty qualities and which are specially selected and grown in Ireland

Arran Victory (or Blues as they're known in Northern Ireland) are one of the oldest varieties of potato, dating back to the 1920s and are perfect for making mash - they're floury full of flavour and have an amazing blue/purple skin.
